Every child and their family is welcomed by the OT Land staff into our clinic. With the help of occupational therapy, speech therapy, counseling, and psychiatric assessment, each child's specific requirements are met through the clinic's innovative equipment, distinctive environmental setups, and active team.
At OT Land, we give play meaning!
Helping kids in acquiring the abilities necessary to fully engage in their everyday "occupation," such as playing, learning, eating, and other activities.
OT helps kids play, improves their school performance, and aids their daily activities. It also boosts their self-esteem and sense of accomplishment.
It is a movement-based programme that helps improve the neurological foundations of sensory-motor development, and the linking up of the brain, using the gentle developmental movements that every baby and infant should learn to make
Helping kids cope with the day to day challenges of life and provide solutions so that the child can experience life to the fullest.
Sensory Integration
Also known as Sensory Processing, using our brains and our bodies to process the sensations happening around us.
Social Skills
Learning how to interact with others, adapt to change, navigate emotions, and develop problem solving skills.
Fine Motor/Visual Motor Skills
Skills like handwriting, tying shoes, cutting with scissors that require smaller movements and hand-eye coordination.
Play
Child’s primary “occupation” is play. OT’s help create environments for developmentally appropriate play by choosing activities that support your child’s individual needs and skill level.
Self-Care
Self-Care skills we work on in occupational therapy include dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, cooking/food preparation and more.
Feeding
Feeding therapy helps children that have difficulty eating or drinking. OT’s may address sensory issues like aversion to tastes or textures, or work on oral motor skills - how jaw, tongue, lips, cheek, and teeth work together.

Fill in the contact form below or call us to book and appointment. Come visit us so that we can get to know you, dicuss your concerns so we can evaluate how we can help. There is no obligation at this point and this meeting is free.
An Initial Assessment is required at OT Land to determine your child’s needs. Depending on their age and developmental concerns a range of Assessments can be used. This usually takes 2 to 3 intense sessions by two occupational therapists.
At this stage we will create an individual Occupational Therapy and or Speech Therapy treatment plan for your child, discuss the difficulties and how to proceed with the developmental stages for your child.
